Ability to remove, install, maintain, and repair all types of roofing systems. Be able to work well with a team and keep communications clear and direct. Manage roofing crew, which included completing required paperwork, daily crew, material, and progress reports, attending meetings as necessary, assisting in the training of crew members as needed, and making sure SAFETY guidelines are followed.
